Final Weigh-In

I am UP from last week, but then again, I was so way DOWN last week from the dreaded stomach bug that I was fairly positive that once I started eating again and hydrating, that I would go up some this week.  I did.  But that is OK, because overall, from the beginning of this challenge, I am DOWN.

Given the holiday season that all of us are deeply immersed in and the fact that my kitchen has been taken over by cookies and breads and all kinds of desserts, I am happy to be DOWN at all.

Beginning of the challenge:  171 lbs

End of the challenge (today):  168 lbs

Loss of 3 lbs

Does anyone know what this loss means for me?  It means that I get to grab the 20 lb loss button!  Yes, since I started with Shrinking Jeans a little under a year ago, I have lost 20 lbs.  HOW AWESOME IS THAT?!!!!!!!!!!!

For the next two weeks, my goal is to maintain, maintain, maintain.  If I can just maintain 168 lbs for the next two weeks, then I will be one happy camper.

For the Globetrotting Challenge, I have logged 55.5 miles.  I’m happy with that!

I can’t wait to begin our next challenge with all of you and to start training for the 1/2 marathon in San Diego, shhhhh…I haven’t officially announced that I am participating.

    wooooooooooooooot!!!! congrats on being down 3 pounds and getting your 20# button. i dare you to go to the gym and pick up a 20# dumbell. its amazing to stand there and think that weight use to be distributed over your body.
  • Lisa, I am so proud of you!! Just keep on getting those runs in and EA Sports workouts done in between, and the scale will keep going down. Yeah for the 20# button!!
